1. Description:
This process line uses double screw extruding technique to replace the traditional steam boiling process. It includes mixing, cooking, extruding, and shaping process, no needing boiler, with simple process, high efficiency and little pollution. The raw materials can be rice powder, corn powder, wheat flour individually or their mixture. Only by changing the moulds, shaping or cutting machine, the shapes can be various: like sticks, square sheet rib chips, diamond chips, wavy chips, pillow shapes.
single screw extruder is mainly used to produce all kinds of fried pellet snacks. Raw material can be potato starch, potato flakes, corn starch, wheat flour, cassava starch etc. Through the extruder cooking, the snacks can be shaped in shell,screw,spiral etc. Also, by changing the shaping machine, we can produce square tube,circle tube, wave chips,potato chips,shrimp chips etc and 3d pellet shapes like ball, polygon, pat, Christmas tree, heart, bugle etc. After drying and frying, flavoring with the seasoning powder, we can get delicious snacks food.

a. The screws are made by alloy steel (38CrMoAL) and special craft by nitriding process, The HRC hardness is around 60---62, it has good self-cleaning ability and does not need to discharge or clean the barrel and screw, when roasting or replacing of materials.
b. The extrusion barrel is constructed of carbon steel, is made by #45 steel, stainless steel coating.
c. The gearbox has automatic lubrication function, with extends gear life.
d. Cutting knife fixed in the die head seat, rotary cutting by V-belt drive.
