Air bubble washing machine has been widely used in food processing industry,which helps solve the washing problems of vegetables,fruits,seafood,etc.This machine is made of 304 stainless steel and  mainly consists of motor,gear box,water pump,water tank and spraying pipes with nozzles.

The output is 300-5000kgs/h.
It's designed for various fruits and vegetables of different shapes.The air bubble and water pressure sprays can rinse the materials to avoid colliding with each other.The materials are soaked into the water and subjected to thorough agitation by powerful blower to remove dust and foreign particle.Thematerials are washed by the high pressure water intensively,high effectively,and continuously.It's and indispensable washing machine for fruit and vegetable or seafood processing.

2.Working Principle:
1.The machine with bubble and ozone generator(optional)can wash the fruit and vegetable thoroughly. 
2.When the vegetable or furit coming into the water tank,they will be fully scattered,rolled,cleaned and transferred by the high pressure water and strong flow.
3.Washed by the high pressure water and bubble water, the dust attached on the surface of vegetables canbe cleaned thoroughly.
4.The mud fall off from the surface of vegetable will into the bottom of the sink. It will not back flow that maycause pollution. 
5. The small weed, bug or other clutters in the water will collected by separation tank. 
6. The cleaned vegetable and fruit will be sent out by belt and spray cleaning. Then go the next step.
