Puffed snack food is a widely consumed food. Due to the compatibility of materials with twin-screw technology, this production line uses rice, corn, wheat, oats, flour and other grains as raw materials, which are extruded and expanded by twin-screw puffing machines from different molds, cut into shape, and then baked (or fried) for seasoning to obtain crispy and lifelike snacks with various flavors.

Raw material preparation → powder mixing → conveying → extrusion and puffing → conveying → drying → oil spraying → seasoning → packaging
Process composition of puffed corn cob processing equipment:
1. Flour mixer: fully mix corn flour, flour, Rice noodles and other raw materials with additives and a certain amount of water.
2. Screw conveyor: Transport the mixed raw materials to the feeding hopper of the puffing machine.
3. Extruder: Raw materials enter the extrusion system from the feeding hopper and produce products in a high-temperature and high-pressure environment (with a variety of products that can be configured differently according to the product).
4. Fan: Using the wind power of the fan to transport raw materials to the oven, different fans are configured according to the different products.
5. Multi layer oven: Most ovens are electric ovens, with a temperature range of -120 degrees Celsius that can be adjusted by the control cabinet. The interior is made of double-layer stainless steel mesh bags, and the baking time can be adjusted according to the speed. There are three, five, and seven layers of stainless steel ovens;
6. Seasoning line: There are octagonal, single drum, and double drum seasoning lines, which are configured according to production volume and product properties. There are also oil spraying, sugar spraying, and coating equipment available
