Raw material processing section
Flour screening and conveying: Using vibrating screens and airflow conveying systems to remove impurities and ensure the purity of flour.
Automatic ingredient system: Automatically weigh and mix flour, water, and other additives (such as egg powder, nutritional fortifiers, etc.) according to the formula ratio.
Noodle and Extrusion Forming Section
Vacuum kneading machine: Knead dough in a vacuum environment to avoid bubble formation and improve dough quality.
Twin screw extruder: It uses high temperature and high pressure extrusion to form pasta, ensuring uniform shape and chewy texture.
Diversification of molds: molds can be replaced according to demand to produce different shapes of macaroni (such as spiral, tube, shell, etc.).
Drying section
Multi layer dryer: using low-temperature segmented drying technology to preserve the nutritional content of pasta and prevent cracking or deformation.

Cooling and screening section

Packaging section
