Introduction:
Automatic fried extrusion puff snack production line snack fryer uses corn powder, corn starch, and rice powder as main materials. the raw materials are extruded first, then shaped into different shapes like triangle, round, hexogon, square through compounding machine by changing the molds. 

After fried and flavored, the final snakcs will be crispy and tasty like the brand in the market, doritos and tortilla. During compound shaping, some waste edges will be cut down, but it can be reused by grinded into powder and fill in the raw materials in certain proportion. So this processing line can maximumly lower the production cost. 

Flow chart

 

1.Flour mixer : to mix various raw material evenly.

2.Screw conveyor : to convey raw material to extrude

3. double screw  extruder: To cook the corn meal and extrude the raw materialfrom the die.

4. shaping and cutting: to shape the extruded sheet into different shapes like triangle, round, square, hexogan and so on.

5. elevator: to convey the food to the next machine

6. fryer: to fry shaped snacks.

7. flavoring: To add required seasoning to the fried and cooled Kurkure to give the different flavors to them

Raw material

wheat flour, corn flour, rice flour, potato starch, vegetable flour, vegetable oil and so on.

the soft filling materials include chocolate, cream, jelly, fruit paste, date paste.

Variety shapes are available for chips, burges, square, circle, moon, and other shapes

this line can also produce snacks cereals ect by adjusting the mould from extruder
