Working principle of tunnel drying oven with movable mesh belt type dryer
1. Drying Oven with movable mesh belt type dryer is horizontal dryer with multi-layers/section dryingcombination, this dryer is mainly used for drying in humidity state when intensity is not high pellet or briquettes, or lumps material. 
2.The length of a dryer is according to the humidity and the output of the material. Material feed from the top and run back and forth from the top down to the Discharge port at the bottom of the drying box. Drying time for 15% humidity coal ash briquettes is approximately 60-120
minutes, customer can adjust the conveyor speed according to the humidity requirement of 
the discharging moisture requirement, belt speed is adjustable in order to achieve good 
product quality. 

Our  multilayer oven are mainly divided to 3 type (by layers quantity)---3 layers, 5 layers and 7 layers. It depends on different food varieties and output requirement.

Widely used in metallurgy, building materials, ceramics, organic fertilizer, chemical and other industries, and the ideal equipment for food and vegetables drying processing.Multilayer belt type hot air dryer is used of steel net work as a transport carrier material for continuous drying equipment, the most suitable for flow operation.Due to the conveyor is a mesh, so drying rules or irregular various substance is the most appropriate (such as :coal, ore forming block, food, vegetables, etc.) .This machine not only can be used with other equipment,but also used alone.
