Product Description
Corn flakes/breakfast cereals are a kind of breakfast with high nutritional value. They usually use corn powder and other cereals as main raw material, through mixing, extruding, flaking, drying, baking, coating and cooling, to get crispy flakes. It always service as breakfast cereal mixed with milk of coffee. But it can also be a kind of leisure snacks. This process line can also make other shapes of cereals such as rings, balls, chocos, curls etc.

Application
The processing line can also be used for producing fried bugles, rice crust, pellets, chips, fried snacks and so on.

Extruder: The extruder is made of the feeding system, extruding system, cutting system, heating system, transmission system and controlling system.

Flaking machine:This machine is to make the balls made by extruder to flakes.



Dryer: The heating way is electricity / gas/ diessel/ steam heating. It is used to bake and dry food.

Cooper Pipes used for cooling cylinder, they are quite durable than plastic rubber pipes.
Food Grade stainless steel made Cutter cover meet strict food process safety requirements.
